Raising Your Deserve Level - Focus on Yourself

"Why not me?"  This is a common question many people ask themselves.  Often times we look around and see on the surface what other people have and it becomes a frustration that festers.  As we concentrate on what others have and what we lack, we manifest more lack in our own lives. As a result, we begin to feel less than and that can lead to depression and health problems.

In order to have a prosper and healthy life we need to concentrate on our own lives, which made me think of The 10th Commandment, which states:  Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbor’s.

Begin today being thankful for all the things you do have, when thoughts of envy or wonder about what others have say to yourself, "cancel, cancel, cancel".  Don't compare what you have to what others have, begin to know that God is the provider of all things and that He does not discriminate!  "Before they call, I will answer" - Isaiah 65:24  God already has more blessings for you than you can possibly imagine.  Know that you deserve them, accept them as yours and expect them.

I deserve, accept and except all the wonderful blessings that God already has for me.

Daily Affirmation - Solving Problems

From the book Grow Rich While You Sleep

"It is not our problems which disturb us; it is our lack of faith in our ability to solve them."

Whether it's lack of faith or knowledge, God knows the answer and we can ask that it be shown to us.  At the same time we need to quiet the worry of our mind and listen for the answer from our hearts.

Here's the affirmation from the book to do so:

"I am at peace with myself and the world. Problems facing me are no longer disturbing because I have made contact with my true source of intelligence and power.  I am guided to do the right thing at the right time."
